About returns and cancellations

Returns in case of defects

If there is a defect in the delivered product, we take great care in arranging the delivery of the product, but due to system trouble or accidents during delivery, defects may occur in the product.

Return, repair, and redelivery costs

All costs related to return, repair, and redelivery will be borne by our store. There are no costs to the customer.

In case of product damage

  1. Please contact us first! Our customer support staff will assist you.
  2. In the case of repair, we will hand over the returned product and send you a photo of the repaired product via email.
  3. In the case of a refund, the refund will be made after the returned product arrives at our store.
