Design and Inspiration
The "Butterfly Chair," also known as the BKF Chair, was conceived by three Argentine designers: Antonio Bonet, Juan Kurchan, and Jorge Ferrari Hardoy. Their combined initials form the name 'BKF'. Drawing inspiration from a chair designed in 1855 by English engineer Joseph Fenby, it was created in 1938 and gained widespread popularity in the 1950s and 60s.
Comfort and Quality
These lounge chairs are known for their enveloping comfort, made with genuine leather that adapts to your body shape.
Condition
Each chair has minor scratches, more noticeable due to specific lighting conditions during photography. An actual inspection can confirm the quality. The manufacturer's notes include the presence of wrinkle marks, scratch marks, bloodlines, insect bite marks, variations in color, and wrinkles due to pore density.
