Delivery Company and Service

Large furniture is delivered primarily using Art Setting Delivery Co., Ltd.’s “KAZAI Omakase-bin” furniture service. This service includes packing, bringing the item into the premises, unpacking, installation, and removal of the packing materials. Depending on the product and delivery area, we may recommend our own delivery service or another suitable delivery method.

Shipping Charges

Products are dispatched from Saitama Prefecture. Shipping charges vary depending on the product’s size, the delivery area, and access conditions. Please check the product page, checkout screen, or the individual information provided before placing your order.

Time-Slot Requests

Morning or afternoon delivery requests are available for an additional charge of ¥1,100 including tax. A time slot may not be available in some areas or on certain delivery routes.

Okinawa, Remote Islands, and Certain Areas

Different charges or delivery conditions may apply. Before ordering, please contact us through the inquiry form or at info@taki-pacific.co.jp.

Peak-Season Surcharge

A peak-season surcharge may apply under the delivery company’s rules. The additional charge for fiscal year 2026 is ¥2,200 including tax. We will advise you individually of the applicable period when you order.

Dispatch Time

We generally aim to dispatch orders within three to seven business days after confirming payment. For large furniture, dispatch may take approximately one week, including the time needed to arrange the delivery date.

Check the Delivery Route in Advance

Please check the entire delivery route in advance, including the entrance, corridors, stairs, lift, and corners. If the item has to be taken back or the order is cancelled because it cannot be brought into the premises, the actual outbound and return shipping costs and a cancellation fee of 40% of the sales price will apply in accordance with our Refund Policy.

In-Person Inspection and Self-Check

We recommend inspecting the item’s colour, texture, and size in person at our appointment-only showroom. For large items, the most reliable method is to make a cardboard mock-up matching the product’s external dimensions and test whether it can pass through the actual delivery route.
