Cancellation Policy for Special Purchase Options
This policy governs changes and cancellations for special purchase arrangements offered by our store, including pre-orders.
1. Pre-Orders
This section applies when you reserve or purchase in advance rare designer furniture that is awaiting arrival or a product that is currently undergoing maintenance.
Payment: We will charge the full price or a specified deposit when you place the order. If a balance remains, it will be charged to your saved payment method once the product is ready for dispatch.
Cancellation: You may cancel before dispatch arrangements for the product have been completed. If you cancel after dispatch arrangements have been completed, regardless of the reason, 40% of the sales price will be retained as a cancellation fee under our Refund Policy, and the actual outbound and return shipping costs will be deducted from the refund.
2. Important Information About Delivery Access and Installation
If a pre-ordered product cannot be brought into the premises at the time of delivery because it is too large, the return will be treated as being for the customer’s convenience.
Large furniture from brands such as Cassina and B&B Italia is often larger than standard furniture. Please check the dimensions of the complete delivery route in advance, including the entrance, corridors, lift, and corners on staircases.
If the order is cancelled because the product cannot be brought into the premises, the same cancellation fee and round-trip shipping costs described above will apply.
3. In-Person Inspection by Appointment
If you would like to inspect a product you are considering pre-ordering, you may do so at our appointment-only showroom. We recommend arranging a visit in advance so that you can check the product’s condition and understand its size.
Request Regarding In-Person Inspection and Delivery Access
We recommend inspecting the item in person. We strongly recommend inspecting products at our appointment-only showroom. Colours may appear different depending on your monitor, and the perceived texture may vary depending on lighting and personal perception.
Please check the delivery route yourself. To avoid a cancellation because the item cannot be brought into the premises, which incurs a cancellation fee of 40% of the sales price, please check the route in advance. For large items, the most reliable method is to make a cardboard mock-up matching the product’s external dimensions and test whether it can pass through the actual delivery route, including the entrance, corridors, and lift.
